- Shopping list with item specification, designer notes and clickable links
- Optional 1-hour video call with your e-designer, available at any point during the project. Your time is valuable so it’s entirely your choice whether you'd like to schedule a chat about your project. You can book the call after submitting your client questionnaire, once you’ve received the final package, or anywhere in between. That said, we’ve completed plenty of projects without any calls and by email, as long as we have clear direction from the questionnaire and inspiration images, it’s all about what works best for you and your schedule!

- From the date of your design release, you have 30 days to make purchases and request free edits/replacements if anything we’ve chosen is out of stock or no longer available. If you need additional sourcing for the same room after 30 days, we offer a discounted hourly consultation rate at $100.
